Love Scrubs does not offer refunds. We will happily exchange unused, unwashed, regular priced scrubs in new/resalable condition with original tags attached, within 30 days of purchase for regular priced items.

Shoes must be exchanged within 7 days with original packaging and in new condition. Stethoscopes, accessories, and clearance items are final sale. For exchanges of online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you purchase an item during one of our 20% off sales, the item must be exchanged before the sale ends to avoid paying a price difference. 

If you need to exchange an item we don't carry in store or are ordering a large quantity, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee for any exchanges. "In-stock" items are not subject to any restocking fees, please call to verify if the item you are ordering would be subject to the restocking fee.

We understand this policy results in less sales for us, but it benefits customers by making them think twice about what they are spending while they are inside our stores. We’re a small business with limited funds and resources to support an excess of inventory when large returns are made daily. Thank you for understanding and supporting us!

Online Ordering Policy

If you order "In-Stock" items, we will ship within two business days. If you choose the "Pick Up" option, a Love Scrubs member will call you when your order is ready. 

Items marked as "Available Online" are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you order "Available Online" the processing time varies depending on the brand. For an estimated processing time please see below:
Barco & Koi: 5-7 business days
Dickies, Cherokee, & HeartSoul: 5-10 business days
Healing Hands: 7-14 business days
